Rough Risers Build Access Ramps for Evil House at Rotary Reserve

In support of the Rotary Reserve Park, the Cedar Falls Kiwanis Rough Risers built 2 30-foot ramps to provide wheelchair access to the annual haunted house.  Proceeds from the haunted house are used to support county park and recreation programs.
